I was summonsed for Jury Duty, and was supposed to report tomorrow. As instructed, I just called and learned that all trials have been cancelled for tomorrow. This releases me from my obligation.In some ways I'm relieved. I have way too much on my plate as it is. Yet I've always wanted to have the experience of serving on a jury. I believe that it's my civic duty and that is something that I feel very strongly about.
Ah well, perhaps another time....
